Buy In – Hang Power Snatch Technique

  • 5 x 3 Reps,  increasing weight each set
  • Focus on technique and hip explosion, full extension before pull and overhead (80-85% effort)
  • 10 min time cap

WOD - “Colonal Hathi’s Dawn Patrol”

For time:

  • 400m run
  • 15 Barbell Burpee Cleans (95/135)
  • 200 m run
  • 15 Thrusters (95/135)
  • 400m Run
  • 15 Barbell Burpee Cleans
  • 200 m run
  • 15 Thrusters

Zone 4: scale weight to 75/115

Zone 3: scale weight to 65/95

Zone 2: scale weight to 45/65

Zone 1: scale as needed

 

Cash Out – MWOD 22 – Ring Ready Shoulders: Seek Out the Corners

Test: Ring dip/Ring Pushup/Ring Hand Stand
Mob: 8 min total 4 min each side with Flex/Er and Ext/IR
Retest: Is your pre-moving positioning any better on the rings?
