Welcome Sherry

Sherry is an active mother of three young athletes (and two fur babies). She loves
to run and go on adventures but has started to realize she needs to step up her
training, to be able to keep up with the kids and show them who’s boss!
Sherry has been working hard and dug deep to push through Fight Gone Bad. Some of
you may have already seen her in class, but if you haven’t, make sure you give her a
warm Zone family welcome!

Skill Practice Warm Up: Spend 10 minutes working on ring dip and muscle up progressions.

Strength: 7×2 Power Snatch – 8 of 14, same weight across, approximately 80 – 90% of max power snatch

Super Set: 7×4 Half Kneeling Single Arm DB Shoulder Press, “across,” scale to the same challenge

Metabolic Conditioning: “American Graffiti”

In 9 minutes (for meters)

10 Power Clean & Jerks
Run as far as possible

Record distance run in meters

Performance: 105/155
Athletic: 85/105
Health: 65/85

Scaling Guide: 1000 – 2000m.
