Sarah is an active, outdoors type who loves to challenge herself through sport and outdoor adventures. She is currently into competitive paddling and has joined the Zone family to expand her knowledge and build up to new levels of fitness and strength. She is a teacher, a student and an avid learner. Always smiling and ready for a good conversation, Sarah will be another great new addition to the gym.

Context: Practice

Mobility: Shoulder

Skill Practice Warm Up: Spend 10 minutes working up to a max 3 rep overhead squat (80-90%) out of the rack, or perform 3 reps on the minute for 6 min from the floor at 50-60%.

Strength: none

Super Set: none

Metabolic Conditioning: “Astro Zombies”

For time – 5 rounds for time.

5 overhead squat
10 pull-ups (kipping)
15 lateral burpees over the bar

1 minute rest

Performance: 85/135
Athletic: 55/85
Health: 35/55

Scaling Guide: 10:30 – 17 minutes, about 3:00 per round including the rest.

Scale Up: 105/155 & Chest to Bar Pull Ups
