Today’s Workout

Buy In – Med ball partner tosses, led by coach.  Then come up with a name for your partnership – Theme “favourite movie”

WOD – “Up, Up and Away!”

In Partners, each completes the reps, but one person works at a time:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
3 Handstand push-ups (head to floor)
4 Pull-ups
5 Kettlebell swings (35/55)
6 Sit-ups
7 Burpees

Zone 3 – scale HSPU to 1 abmat
Zone 2 – scale HSPU, but stay inverted, scale pullups to assisted, KBS 20/35
Zone 1 – scale HSPU to pushup, scale as needed

Partner up with people in the same zones if possible.

Cash Out – MWOD
* Roll out shoulders with lacrosse ball
* Get into the psoas with a lacrosse ball
