Dear Parents,

Since our first Kids Zone class was such a success, we will be holding some more!   Our next scheduled class is this upcoming Sunday, August 8th, at 10:45 a.m. We are also holding a class this coming Tuesday, Aug. 10th, at 3:30 p.m. At this time the classes will be held at CrossFit Zone (613 Herald St.) Come and see what we’re all about!
