How did you get into CrossFit? Where I used to work training young athletes, my boss at the time came across it. CrossFit convert ever since!
How long have you been doing CrossFit for? My first WOD that I did was I think in November 2005, so about 3.5 years

Hobbies: I love CrossFit! Hiking, rollerblading and playing baseball and helping people change their lives.
Goal: Be able to do 5 muscle ups… but have to start with one and Snatch 95lb!

How did you get into CrossFit? Heard about it from a firefighter friend, went to the website, thought “this looks easy”, did a workout and got destroyed. The rest is history.

How did you get into CrossFit? I was really, really into fitness, but always got bored easily. I was always looking for a new challenge, and I was frustrated from having to work through a lot of recurring injuries from the type of training I was doing at the time. I found CrossFit online, and it seemed to be the answer to my problems! After the first WOD, I was hooked. My body has never responded like this before, and my results continue to amaze me every day. Crossfit is hardcore, and I LOVE hardcore!
How long have you been doing CrossFit for? Unofficially, about a year and a half (What I THOUGHT CrossFit was!). Officially, since November 2008

Hobbies: Of course, I love CrossFit! I also like running, reading, getting outdoors, hanging out with friends and generally being ridiculous as much as possible!
Goal: To increase my lean body mass, and get 17 rounds of Cindy by increasing my upper body strength and cardio endurance.

How did you get into CrossFit? I used to watch and share xfit videos with former teammates and really wanted to try the workouts! Then I found Deanna on Facebook and have been crossfitting ever since.

How long have you been doing CrossFit for? I have been an avid advocate and athlete of CrossFit for 2 years now. I completed my Level 1 Cert. in May 2009. What an experience that was. Athletic my entire life with such sports as field hockey, cricket, and county (rugby), England’s national sports. My love of sports has taken me in many directions. I attained a Divemaster’s rank from PADI, Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing training during college years.
CrossFit is the embodiment of everything that life means to me. \get out and experience it! There is only one life to live and CrossFit training for it. I am constantly striving to improve others and myself athletically. I hope to complete my CrossFit certification level 2 in 2010. This is the beginning of a grand experiment that I am proud to be part of.
