How did you get into CrossFit? I was really into fitness, but always got bored easily. I was constantly looking for a new challenge, and was frustrated from having to work through a lot of recurring injuries from the type of training I was doing at the time. I found CrossFit online, and it seemed to be the answer to my problems. After the first WOD, I was hooked! My body has never responded like this before, and my results continue to amaze me every day. Crossfit is hardcore, and I LOVE hardcore!

How did you get into CrossFit? I was a competitive rugby player for many years before finding CrossFit and it took a pretty nasty injury for me to hang up my boots. In 2009 I severed my ACL in a game and was laid up for a while not able to train. Needless to say, during this time I watched a lot of movies. One of those was the film “300″ and those guys were jacked, so I looked into how they trained for the movie as a possibility for me to try in order to get back into shape after my rehabilitation. One day, before I could jog or even stand with my full weight on my bummed knee, I headed down to the Zone to hopefully watch a workout…….the rest is history I guess.
