Town Hall Meeting Reminder

Don’t forget! This Sunday, February 15 at 1pm: CFZ town hall meeting. Come learn about all the changes that have been happening at THE ZONE, how they affect you as a member, and what other changes are coming down the pipe. There will be a Q&A following the presentation, as well as chairs, and maybe even snacks (MAYBE)!

-2 Muscle Ups
-4 Handstand Push Ups
-8 Kettlebell Swings

RX: 55/70
Zone 3: 35/55, MU transition, feet on box HSPU
Zone 2: 25/35, 1 pull-up/1 dip (assisted), knees on box HSPU
Zone 1: scale as needed
