Technique Week – Metcon

Second to last day of our technique week!  We will be focusing on the metabolic conditioning movements running, rowing and double unders.  You will be surprised at how much technique goes into each of these exercises.  Make sure to bring in your skipping rope adjusted to your perfect length or pick up a rope at the gym for $20.

    Hey! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting fed up of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
