Strength as the Accessory

Back on another strength cycle of 5`s, 3`s and 2`s.  This cycle of strength will be the accessory part of the workout and be done post WOD.  Make sure to adjust your numbers accordingly if you are not feeling as strong post WOD.  This strength cycle will offer a different stimulus to the body.  CrossFit is about constantly varying your workouts and adding new adaptions to your training.  Happy lifting Zoners!

Workout of the Day

WARMUP
Coach led dynamic warmup

WOD
Tabata :20/:10 x 8 1:00 Rest

Air Squat
Push Up
AbMat Sit Up

* Total reps

Zone 2 – assisted pushups
Zone 1 – scale as needed

STRENGTH/ACCESSORY
Bench Press 5 x 5 E3M

MOBILITY
Stretch and roll pecs and tris
