They say it’s as easy as using salt & pepper. But how is that actually POSSIBLE?

I seem to see all sorts of interesting infomercials if I ever get caught up watching late night television.  The theme of the evening the other day happened to be quick and easy weight loss.  (As if such a thing even exists!)  This little product gem caught my eye, and I just had to share it with you. ;)

Check out the video for yet another consumer gimick that makes me go “hmmmmm…..”

hmmm… that’s an interesting product! Even though the ad is super cheesy (what’s with the way that doc talks??) I understand the concept that satiety is at least partially a “brain” sensation although there are several receptors in the stomach and other organs that send info as well.

All I got out of that video is that Michelle lost 40 pounds and Deanna lost 45 pounds!!

I know I go on about these Victoria Track Races, but if you’re considering coming out and racing then now is the time! For one low introductory price of $5 you can race in 1 or even 2 different distances. If you act now we’ll even throw in your 3rd race for free!!! Don’t miss this great (weight loss) opportunity.

Show up at UVic Centennial Stadium by 6pm on Saturday to register and say it’s your first time doing a track race to get the $5 deal.Distances are 400m/800m/3000m. All levels welcome.

You could also just keep saying to yourself “nothing tastes as good ad skinny feels”.
