Red Panda Muscle up

Saw that some people were sharing this video on facebook. Muscle ups are made to look effortless by this little red panda. If he can do it, so can you. Lets work on this people.

Workout of the Day

Warm up-

 

Strength-

Every 2 mins for 16 minutes

– 2 squat snatch 70% of your 1RM

 

WOD-

10 minute amrap

Teams or three:

P1: 100m Run

P2: Muscle up (score)

P3: Push press (score) (65/95)

 

Z3- Scale muscle ups to chest to bar pull ups

Z2- Scale to regular pull ups, weight to 45/75

Z1- as needed

 

Cash out-

Group stretching circle, share your favourite.
