Saturday WOD with Scoots!

Hey gang,

Here’s what we’ve got set up for you today… have the fun!

Buy-in: Dynamic Movement:  Coach’s choice

WOD: Partner 50/50

Get a partner who is around the same fitness level as yourself.  Give your partnership a sweet name, this is the most important step… then crush the wod!

For time:

400m run

50 pullups

50 burpees

400m run

|* If pullup bars are a no-go then do 50 hang snatches (75/55 top weight) instead :)

Cash-out: foam roll, enjoy the sunshine!!!
