Motivate yourself to get in here on a Saturday morning.  …Just get up and DO it.

Good luck to those taking part in the Tough Mudder today, you are one Tough Mudder! Jon Elliott, Jackie Snell, Joni Phillips, Adam Lawrenson, Emily Iverson and Kelly Phillips are competing.  If I missed anyone, I apologize.

Today’s Workout

Buy In – Dynamic Warmup

WOD“Farmer in the dell”

Amrap 15 mins:

P1 :Barbell farmers walk 100m (55lbs/75lbs)
P2: 5 Cleans (95lbs/135lbs), 5 box jumps (20″/24″), 5 pullups

Partner 2 works through as many reps of that sequence while P1 does farmers walk. When P1 returns they switch

Zone 3 – scale clean to 75lbs/115lbs
Zone 2 – scale clean to 65lbs/95lbs, scale to assisted pullups
Zone 1 – scale as needed
