Mobility: Shoulder

Skill Practice Warm Up: fun game

Strength: 3-3-3-3-3 Bench Press, increasing weight to max

Super Set: 3-3-3-3-3 dumbbell split squat, increasing weight to max

Metabolic Conditioning: “Shoop“

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) PARTNER workout.

20 dumbbell thrusters
20 toes-to-bar (partner holds dumbbells, at sides or overhead, for toes-to-bar reps to count)

Performance – 25/45lbs
Athletic – 15/25lbs
Health – 10/15lbs

Scaling Guide: 3 – 6 rounds, about 2:15 per round
