Crossfit Zone has partnered with Mind Body Online and Moneris Solutions to provide you with the convenience of being able to sign in for classes and purchase training sessions online. It is our intention to ensure that your information is safe, kept private and will never be shared or sold. Period.
As the internet can be an unsecured place there are measures taken by Mind Body Online to ensure that credit card information will never be stored and thus no one will have access to this information, not even the staff at Crossfit Zone. Moneris Solutions: Privacy Policy
All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers of sessions. We do make exceptions for medical conditions. These decisions are considered on a per situation basis. Your training packages start after you take your first class. Personal training sessions expire within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for knowing the date of expiry of your sessions. If you are unsure we will always be happy to provide you with the information. If you book a session online or in person and do not cancel within 24 hours of the class, either online, by phone or in person, you will be charged for your session.
