Today’s Workout:

Buy In - Benchmark run (800m) or row (1000m)

WOD - “Press Foundations”

*Coach will lead everyone in technique with dowel then you will ramp weight up each successive set on the following exercises*

  • 3 x 10 Press
  • 3 x 8 Push Press
  • 3 x 6 Push Jerk

Cash Out - 25 wallballs and 25 burpees for time ( Zone 2: 20/20 for, Zone 1: 15/15 for)

    Are those compression socks? Or just soccer socks Cam?

    hey Chris! Not compression socks per se, just new rugby socks that fit snugly… definitely gave a bit of compression but probably not comparable to actual compression socks…

    I was wearing them mostly for “moral support” for the guys but they did make my calves feel springy for longer…

    Looking forward to the POSE seminar this weekend. I checked out that website; I had no idea there were POSE techniques for swimming, cycling and many other activities!
