Skill Practice Warm Up: Spend 8 minutes working on a challenging (80-90%) rack jerk (behind the neck) out of the squat rack.
Strength: 3-3-3-3-3 Overhead Squat, increasing weight to max
Conditioning: Chip and Dale
10 minute AMRAP
With a PARTNER, one person working while the other rests. Split work up as desired.
16 supine ring rows (feet in box, body parallel to ground) Partner MUST be in elbow plank for these to count!
20 single arm overhead squats
Performance: bb – 85/135, db – 30/45
Athletic: bb – 55/85, db – 20/30
Health – bb – 35/45, db – 10/20
Scaling Guide: 4 – 6 rounds, about 2:15 per round.
