CrossFit Zone girls…. Bones, Angry Kitten and KDF!

The CrossFit Zone Grand Opening was an amazing success this weekend. I wanted to thank everyone for coming out, my team for helping make this happen and all you CrossFitter’s for your support, we couldn’t do it without you!

We are having an Open House at the CrossFit Zone gym all week from Monday May 11th to Saturday May 16th. Please come out and try as many FREE classes as you wish. Check out the schedule to see what classes you can make it to.
