2011 Canada West Regionals Team

Long Weekend Hours:
- Saturday, September 1st – ONLY 10am class, no 9:00am or 11:00am intro session
- Monday, September 3rd – ONLY 9:30am and 5:30pm class, no 7:00am, 12:15pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
The Taranis Winter Challenge signup is approaching soon and we are half a year away from the CrossFit Open!
We are hosting a competitors meeting on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:30pm (this will replace the advanced class).
This meeting is for anyone that is thinking about competing in any competitions in the future. I want everyone to know that you are welcome to come to the meeting even if you are not at the advanced level of competing. This is a meeting to discuss how to proceed over the next few months to get you game ready.
If you are interested in competing, but are unable to attend, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to the 5th.

Buy In – Partner row relay – 4 x 250M row, alternating between partners. Both partners complete 5 rounds each
WOD – Partner Nancy
5 Rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats (65lbs/95lbs)
* Partner 1 completes a round, then when last squat is completed, partner 2 begins their first round.
* Each partner completes 5 rounds each
Zone 2 – scale bar as needed
Zone 1 – scalas as needed
Cash Out – 2 Minutes per side in the couch stretch, use a rubber band distraction if you need a more advanced stretch
