It’s scary how fast the month of May flew past. Although, that means we are moving ever closer to the CrossFit Games in July!
Excitement is in the air, and training and preparation are at an ultimate high. If you were to ask Lucas, I’m sure he could tell you that one of the main rules of competition is to know your competitors. I know that leading up to the 2011 Games last year Lucas was well acquainted with the peers that would be surrounding him during his weekend of competition. But somehow, this guy in the video below slipped through the cracks. Perhaps we should all get to know him a bit better, since I heard a rumour he’s headed for the Games in 2012, as well!
