    I have no idea how you guys did that WOD so fast…so many 10’s and 11’s…I was dead after my first set! haha might have to shed some pounds?

    I could barely put any pressure on my hands after, my triceps were shaking so bad. Tom I used a blue rubber band for the dips. You are the only one who did is RX’d! Great JOb!
