Helen Challenge Prelims

The Helen Challenge Prelims are on Saturday! If you have not signed up yet, please do tonight or before the workout on Saturday.

Agenda for the Challenge:

9:45am – arrive and start your warmup

10:00am – Will discuss the rules to the Challenge, go over the exercises and reinforce the what reps will count.

10:15am – Beginner male and female categories

10:45am – Intermediate male and female categories

11:15am – Advanced male and female categories

12:00pm – Hitting up Booster Juice for an after workout Smoothie :)

Please show up at 9:45am even if you are not competing till a later time. This a community challenge and we encourage you to cheer on your classmates.

Feel free to bring friends and family down to cheer you on. Darren and I will be competing in the Challenge so come on down and watch us push ourselves over the cliff!
