WARM-UP

Partner med ball warm-up

STRENGTH/ACCESSORY

Dynamic Front squats 10×2 EMOM (50-70% as explosive as possible)

WOD

5 rounds:

-50 H2H swings (split with partner)
-30 partner wall balls

RX: 35#/55#; 14#/20#
Zone 3: 30#/45#
Zone 2: 25#/35#, 10#/14#
Zone 1 – scale as needed
