This Saturday (October 31st) at 10:00am come down and do a WOD at CrossFit Zone wearing a costume of your favourite Super Hero!
Maybe one of the coaches is your “super hero.”
Today’s Workout:
Buy In - 3 rounds for time: 5 towel pullups, 10 burpee deadlifts, 15 kb swings (scale weights as needed)
WOD - Snatch
3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1
Cash Out - Make sure to record your weights on the leaderboard!

Hey Brian,
We can discuss the logistics of the Hefty Hundred at the Halloween Party.
