Getting Started

Getting started with Crossfit is easy! There are two ways that you can get started:

Option 1

Attend one of our Beginners’ Introductory sessions.  Held every Saturday at 11am, this is your best opportunity to see what CrossFit Zone is all about.  No prior exercise experience is necessary.  Please contact us to let us know you are coming! There is a $10.00 (HST included) fee payable at the beginning of the session. This fee can be applied to your first month’s membership.

Option 2

If you have any trouble making a Saturday workout (schedule conflict, etc.) or would like to start with a one on one session instead, just give us a call contact us and we will be happy to set up a 60 minute  intro session to get you started.  There is a $10.00 (HST included) fee payable at the beginning of the session, and this fee can be applied to your first month’s membership.

Attendance to a Foundations Seminar within the first month is mandatory for proper form and safety
