Finishing Test Week

Last day of our testing week. We’ll be testing our max push-ups and 400m ball run. These are two of the tests that we do on the first day of our intro sessions, so now’s your chance to retest and see how you’ve progressed! Make sure you’re recording your results (as you should with all strength work and workouts), in order to measure your progress.

Workout of the Day

WARM-UP

Test max unbroken push-ups (chest to deck)

Test 400m ball run (14#/20#)

WOD

Partner prison rules thrusters (alternate with a partner):

-3 thrusters every 15 seconds for 32 intervals

RX: 65#/95#
Zone 3: 55#/75#
Zone 2: 35#/65#, scale reps
Zone 1 – scale as needed
