CrossFit Open Reminder

The first workout for the 2015 CrossFit Open will be released tonight at 5pm (PST) at games.crossfit.com. There will be a live release event with an exhibition workout featuring two CrossFit athletes competing head to head. If you’re in to spectacle and watching the sport of fitness, tune in and check it out.

If you’re more interested in being involved, you can sign up at the Open website. $20, fill out a couple boxes, and you can see where you stack up against hundreds of thousands of athletes, divided by gender, age, and new for 2015, a scaled division.

Once the workout is released on Thursday, athletes have until Monday at 5pm to complete it. If you’re interested, ask your coach for more information. We have time set aside for judging, competing, and spectating. Get involved, have some fun!
