Sumo deadlifts as our pulling variation today. Drop your hips down, keep the hips open and the knees firing out. Push the ground away and squeeze those lats! Band pull-aparts to strengthen the upper back and a lot of goblet squats, KB swings and running for the WOD. Just remember….USE YOUR GLUTES!
