WARMUP
Partner medball warmup

CONDITIONING
1 mile run

WOD
“Baseline”

For time:
Row: 500M
Squat: 40
Situp: 30
Pushup: 20
Pullup: 10

Zone 3 – strict assisted pullups
Zone 2 – assisted pushups, ring rows
Zone 1 – scale as needed

MOBILITY
Foam roll
