How did you get into CrossFit? I wanted to try CF when I was living in TO a few years ago but spent waaay too much energy on other ‘competing priorities’. When I moved to Victoria in June 2011, cosmically the stars aligned. I settled into a flat conveniently located two buildings up from the box… I dropped in for an intro sesh with Coach Sean and, well, there you have it!
How long have you been doing CrossFit for? Since August 2011

Hobbies: I’m pretty much game for anything active, anytime, anywhere – especially outdoorsy things these days (rain or shine, baby!)
Goals: 1) Stay injury-free 2) If I get injured, then I do the self-care needed to recover 100% 3) Continue to try new activities and push my limits, even if I might get injured… No fear. Never back down.
