Would you like to take CrossFit to the next level and compete?
The Zone can help you get there by:
- Teaching you the basic skills in all the CrossFit movements
- Offer tailored strengthening programs that compliment the regular programming
- One on One sessions to work on your skills that are not top calibre
- Weekly goal setting sessions with a coach and the Games Prep group
- Weekly Nutrition check-ins to make sure that you are fuelling your body with the proper macro nutrients for performance and recovery
- Weekly High Performance sessions with other athletes committed to competing
- Outdoor events such as field trips to the track, gymnastics gym, pool or strong man type workouts
- Get you ready to compete in the CrossFit Open and Regionals on the team or as an individual
- Monthly seminars that will further your education and skills, for example: Mental training, rowing, and rehab / prehab / injury prevention.
