Would you like to take CrossFit to the next level and compete?
The Zone can help you get there by:
Teaching you the basic skills in all the CrossFit movements
Offer tailored strengthening programs that compliment the regular programming
One on One sessions to work on your skills that are not top calibre
Weekly goal setting sessions with a coach and the Games Prep group
Weekly Nutrition check-ins to make sure that you are fuelling your body with the proper macro nutrients for performance and recovery
Weekly High Performance sessions with other athletes committed to competing
Outdoor events such as field trips to the track, gymnastics gym, pool or strong man type workouts
Get you ready to compete in the CrossFit Open and Regionals on the team or as an individual
Monthly seminars that will further your education and skills, for example: Mental training, rowing, and rehab / prehab / injury prevention.
