Some of you are a little confused as to what an 80s bodybuilder looks like. Hope this helps. Grab your activator and your leg warmers and get down to the gym to compete, or at least cheer for the competitors TODAY (this Saturday) at 11am!

Workout of the Day

WARM-UP

Med ball warm-up

STRENGTH/ACCESSORY

Pull-up/dip complex

WOD

6 rounds:
45sec at each station, 15s transition time.
Rotate through (group of 3):
P1: row
P2: skip
P3: push-ups

Zone 3: band-assisted push-ups
Zone 2: push-ups on box/hold plank
Zone 1 – scale as needed
