Alternate every other min for 10min:

-5-10 Ring push-up (scale appropriately)

WOD

5 Rounds of 3min AMRAP:

Pull Up: 5
Push Up: 10
Wall Ball: 15

Rest 1:00

RX: 14/20
Zone 3: Band strict assisted pull-up/push-up
Zone 2: 10/14, RR, box push-up
Zone 1: scale as needed

MOBILITY

Band overhead distraction – 2min/side

Smash/roll quads & hip flexors
